1. Shipping Times:
Once you place an order, I will strive to process and ship it as soon as possible. Please allow [4-7] business days for processing and packaging before shipment.
I take utmost care in packaging your artwork to ensure its safe arrival. Each piece is professionally packaged with appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
3. Shipping Methods:
I use LOGIART and Artwork Transport as my preferred National Art shipping companies.
4. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping method, destination, and the size/weight of the artwork. I will give you a quote prior to payment of artwork.
5. Tracking and Notifications:
Once your artwork is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your artwork's journey to your doorstep.
6. Delivery and Signature:
A signature may be required upon delivery to confirm safe receipt of the artwork. If you are unavailable during delivery attempts, you may need to arrange a pickup at the designated courier location.
7. International Shipping:
For international orders, additional customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be assessed by your local customs office.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments:
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact me immediately. I will work with you to resolve the issue as per my return policy.
9. Returns and Refunds:
If you wish to return an artwork for any reason, please review my Return and Refund Policy for detailed instructions and information on eligible returns.
10. Changes to Shipping Policy:
I reserve the right to modify this shipping and handling policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on my website, and the revised policy will apply to all orders placed after the effective date.

Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
I accept returns and exchanges within 4 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the artwork must be in its original condition, including any packaging and documentation.
2. Damaged or Defective Artwork:
In the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately on receiving the artwork. I will require photographic evidence of the damage to initiate the return or exchange process.
3. Change of Mind Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your artwork for any reason other than damage or defect, you may request a return within 4 days of receiving the artwork. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Exchange Options:
If you wish to exchange your artwork for another piece, please contact me to discuss available options. The exchange will be subject to the same eligibility criteria as mentioned above.
5. Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact me about your return or exchange request.
- Pack the artwork securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.
- Include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation.
- Ship the artwork to the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Refunds and Exchanges Processing:
Once I receive the returned artwork and verify its condition, I will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
7. Non-Refundable Items:
Custom-made or commissioned artworks are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
